Manager

Managers (M) are the operations leaders of the restaurant with a  focus on sales, profitability, Heartfelt Guest Service, coaching and developing people, and performance. Operating under the direction of the General Manager, the AMs provide support in managing the daily operations of a single restaurant to drive key performance outcomes and typically assist in leading a team of Shift Leaders and Team Members.

Position Overview:

Assistant Managers (AM) are the operations leaders of the restaurant with a  focus on sales, profitability, Heartfelt Guest Service, coaching and developing people, and performance. Operating under the direction of the General Manager, the AMs provide support in managing the daily operations of a single restaurant to drive key performance outcomes and typically assist in leading a team of Shift Leaders and Team Members.

Shift Lead

Shift Leaders play a pivotal role in the daily operations of the restaurant focused on delivering sales and profit results through Heartfelt Guest Service, people, and operations. Operating under the direction of the General and Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders assist with directly managing a shift of Team Members to drive key performance outcomes and effectively run restaurant operations.

Position Overview:

Shift Leaders play a pivotal role in the daily operations of the restaurant focused on delivering sales and profit results through Heartfelt Guest Service, people, and operations. Operating under the direction of the General and Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders assist with directly managing a shift of Team Members to drive key performance outcomes and effectively run restaurant operations.

Crew Members

Crew Members are responsible for providing quality products to Firehouse Subs company standards and exceptional Heartfelt Guest Service, while working closely with the restaurant leadership and other Team Members to carry out operations standards and procedures. This position operates under the direction of the Restaurant General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Leaders. The position has direct interactions with Guests and members of the field operations team.

Position Overview:

Team Members are responsible for providing quality products to Firehouse Subs company standards and exceptional Heartfelt Guest Service, while working closely with the restaurant leadership and other Team Members to carry out operations standards and procedures. This position operates under the direction of the Restaurant General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Leaders. The position has direct interactions with Guests and members of the field operations team.
